The pool opens Saturday! If you are not compliant (late dues, violations letter, etc.) your pool fob will not work. Please make sure to address those matters before you try to swim this weekend. The lifeguards will not let you in.
Clubhouse rentals are only reserved once the $200 deposit is received. The office can NOT hold a date for residents
NEW way to submit RFC forms
Submit your request online for your improvement to receive approval. Effective immediately SHPOA will no longer be accepting paper copies for RFC's.
