Update on the tennis court:
Unfortunately, due to the recent weather, completion of the tennis court has been pushed back from the original Memorial Day weekend timeline. We are hoping to have everything painted and fully completed within the next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Clubhouse rentals are only reserved once the $200 deposit is received. The office can NOT hold a date for residents
NEW way to submit RFC forms
Submit your request online for your improvement to receive approval. Effective immediately SHPOA will no longer be accepting paper copies for RFC's.
