Ready to submit your request for approval?
First time users, follow these steps.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select “Register New ARC Tracker Account” and agree to the terms.
4. A registration email will be sent to your email box to complete the registration.
Once logged in,
· In the upper right hand corner, select “New Architectural Request”
· Select “Type of Work”
· Complete your information in the “Basic Information” section.
· Remember to attach surveys, drawings, photos or any other relevant documents that may assist the committee in making a decision.
Once the request is submitted you will receive an email confirmation.
Should there be a question of your submission from the Committee, you will receive an email with the question.
If approved, you will receive an email. Be sure to check your email spam should these emails fall into that box. Remember, you can not begin a project without approval.
