The 785 homes of the South Harbour community are nestled in Noblesville, Indiana on the south end of Morse Reservoir between State Route 38 and Little Chicago Road. Noblesville is a city 30 miles north of Indianapolis, Indiana on State Route 37.
The neighborhood represents about 2,500 Noblesville residents, which is 5% of the population of Noblesville. All homes are custom design homes with a wide variety of styles and sizes. About 15% of homes are located directly on the water. Lake access is provided for these homes with personal docks.
The community provides many amenities such as a large community pool, beach, clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts and recreational fields. The South Harbour Community sponsors various neighborhood social activities, such as, but not limited to Spring Easter egg hunt, Fourth of July parade and picnic, Pool parties, Movie nights, and Breakfast with Santa. Residents can also take advantage of the South Harbour Garden Club, Euchre Club, Book Club and the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sales (Spring and Fall).
The South Harbour Property Owners Associations (SHPOA) is a non-profit civic community organization responsible for enhancing community life and property values in South Harbour. The Association is operated by the Board of Directors and various committees, all comprised of volunteers.
Hinkle Creek Elementary School, a 4-Star Indiana school, is located within the neighborhood.
