YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: 
Restorative & Meditation Yoga – Level 0 This class is a super gentle form of yoga with supported poses which will be held restoratively for longer times. Class focuses on meditation, breathing, health, balance, and healing as a part of a therapeutic yoga practice. Great class for adults that may need adaptations. All poses are seated or laying on the floor. 
 
Gentle Yoga- Level 1 Gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation for our minds and bodies. Improve digestion, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. We work on mind body connection, strengthening and awareness of our core with a focus on balance and longevity with our practice as we age. 
 
Beginner Yoga- Level 2 Students are introduced to yoga postures and breath work through step-by-step description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This class is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of yoga poses. Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted. 
 
Flow Yoga- Level 3 Vinyasa Flow style yoga stretches hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and groin. Focuses on the core, building additional strength, flexibility, and balance; increase mental focus, endurance and prevent injuries. Terrific for athletes!

Ballroom Dance Lessons
Thursday, July 6th, 2017, 7pm to 8pm at Clubhouse
Beginning in April the Ballroom Dance lessons will be the first Thursday of each month at 7 – 8 pm.  Then, you can stay from 8 – 9 pm to practice what you just learned.

Gentle Yoga- Level 1 Gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation for our minds and bodies. Improve digestion, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. We work on mind body connection, strengthening and awareness of our core with a focus on balance and longevity with our practice as we age. 
 
Beginner Yoga- Level 2 Students are introduced to yoga postures and breath work through step-by-step description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This class is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of yoga poses. Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted.
